Solid vintage bench anvil with a hardened steel working face on a cast iron body. Pointed horn, square hardy hole, cast side bosses and a wide stable base. Rings well when struck. Good wear to the paint from use, with bright metal showing on the face. No maker’s mark or weight stamp that I can find.

A useful size for a hobby blacksmith, bladesmith, farrier or workshop, and also a great rustic piece for a man cave or shed.
