Antique Early 1900s Ribbed Melon Milk Glass Globe Light Shade, 20 cm, 10 cm Fitter

A lovely antique early 1900s white milk glass globe shade with a ribbed melon design. The ribs run from the fitter right down to the base, and it gives off a beautiful soft, even glow when lit (see last photo).

Good original condition for its age. There's a small chip on the fitter rim, which is hidden once it's in the gallery, and the globe itself has no chips or cracks, just a few small surface marks.

Great for a pendant light or lamp in a period home or a vintage-style room.

Dimensions: approx. 20 cm diameter, 20 cm high, with a 10 cm fitter opening.
Weight: approx. 900 g.
