For sale is a beautiful, complete antique "The British Imperial" Portable Draught Board and Men set, dating back to the early 20th century (c. 1900-1920). This rare travel-sized set features a lovely faux-crocodile skin textured paper finish on both the exterior case and the reverse side of the folding board.

The set is 100% complete, featuring all 24 original turned wooden playing pieces (12 light, 12 dark) with traditional nested concentric ring detailing. The compact folding checkerboard fits perfectly nested inside the original presentation lid and base.

Condition:
Excellent vintage/antique condition for its age. The structural integrity of the cardboard box and folding board remains completely intact. The paper labels and faux-crocodile finish display a light, honest age-related patina but show no major tears or heavy damage. The wooden men are clean and ready for display or play.
