An authentic turn-of-the-century (circa 1890–1920) Dutch brass door handle passage set. This premium piece of historic European architectural hardware features a classic Continental "T-bar" or drop-wing design, traditionally found in grand Dutch farmhouses and historic mansions.

 

Unlike modern reproductions, this is a heavy, solid sand-cast brass set featuring a gorgeous, authentic naturally aged patina with deep verdigris on the hidden faces. It is entirely unsprung, operating with a heavy, substantial vintage feel via its original steel square connecting spindle. 

 

An exceptional find for an architectural restoration, period property project, or a high-end designer statement piece.
