Up for sale is a rare, complete Edwardian-era Grimwades "Quick-Cooker" ceramic pudding boiler set, complete with its original matching lid. Manufactured in Staffordshire, England, this innovative kitchen piece features patented green transfer-printed instructions across both the lid and bowl.

Designed by Leonard Grimwade, it features a unique central hollow steam column that cooked dense suet puddings and stews from the inside out, cutting traditional cooking times in half. Finding a complete set where both the basin and original lid have survived together is incredibly tough, making this a fantastic addition to any kitcheniana, ironstone, or antique collection.

Good, honest antique condition with a beautiful natural patina. The ironstone body exhibits classic fine crazing and organic dark staining from decades of genuine historical use.
