This is a vintage "turnip-shaped" plumb bob, manufactured by Boker in Germany. A classic, highly functional piece of trade history perfect for a tool collector, traditional builder, or industrial decor display.
  • Weight: Stamped 250g on the shoulder (approx. 8.8 oz)
  • Dimensions: Approx. 9cm (Length) x 4cm (Diameter at widest shoulder point)
  • Material: Solid cast steel/iron body with a beautifully aged patina, a hardened steel point, and a brass top finial cap.
  • Condition: Authentic vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Shows a great natural patina. Please note: The brass top cap is currently tight/frozen and cannot be unscrewed, but the string remains securely attached for immediate use or display.
