Stamped with quality inspection codes J-B22 (Itabashi Kogaku Kikai Seisakujo Inc.) and J-E47 (Tanaka Koki Seisakujo Co. Ltd.), they represent the peak of Japanese mid-century optical engineering. Known for their exceptional light-gathering ability, they feature a 7.1 degree field of view and fully coated 50mm objective lenses. The body shows a classic brassed patina on the metal rims with a well-preserved pebble-grain grip. The mechanical focus is smooth, providing bright, clear views ideal for low-light marine use, bird watching, or astronomy. Dimensions: Approximately 19cm (W) x 19cm (L) x 7cm (H).
